Per night - based on double occupancy:
- Standard rooms: $ 109.00
- Housekeeping units - studio with kitchen $ 129.00
- Kitchen units - apartment style (separate bedroom) $ 159.00
- Bunkhouse
style accommodations are $39.00 per night per person in any season.

Per night - based on double occupancy:
- Standard rooms: $ 119.00
- Housekeeping units - studio with kitchen $ 149.00
- Kitchen units - apartment style (separate bedroom) $ 179.00
Moorage for your boat is available at the adjacent Hawkeye Marina. Rates are $20.00 per day for boats up to 20', and an additional $1.00 per foot thereafter.
All rates quoted are in $US and do not include applicable taxes.
Accommodations are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice
Cancellation policy:
With 30 days notice (written, emailed, faxed) -
a charge of 20% of booking price (no taxes).
With 15 days notice (written, emailed, faxed) -
50% of booking price (no taxes).
